Te Tii (Waitangi) B3 Trust is a Maori land holding trust. It is the governing body that manages the commercial operations of the Waitangi Lands. TTB3 share close a genealogical and historical relationship with Oromahoe.

The Omapere - Rangihamama Trust is a large scale land administration trust based on the southern shores of Lake Omapere. ORT cares for two land blocks with a total of 1991 hectares and 3000 shareholders. Each block is an amalgamation of smaller whanau holdings. The two blocks were joined to form a collaborating operation as the hapu are one and the same.

Parahirahi C1 Trust manages the Ngawha Springs, a cluster of geothermal hot pool complex consisting of 16 mineral baths each with unique nutrient and temperature characteristics used for centuries for relaxation as well as their therapeutic qualities and healing properties.

The Ngati Hine Forestry Trust is a Maori land trust of approximately 5,600 hectares are centred alongside Moerewa and Kawakawa. The Trust has over 4,200 registered owners.
